The result of the bone density test personalises the importance of lifelong bone health. Each consultation includes information about calcium, vitamin D, exercise and other requirements for healthy bones and prevention of osteoporosis.

Conducted Australia wide, testing is recommended for women 40 plus and men over 50, or anyone over the age of 20 who would like information about their bone health with a view to reducing risk of age related progression toward osteoporosis.

What is Osteoporosis?

The Bone Density Test is conducted by ultrasound technique at the heel of one foot. The test takes 15 minutes and the results along with a 40 page information booklet is given to you. The cost per consultation is $45.
